Position operates open body or medium duty trucks hauling materials used for the construction, maintenance, cleaning, and repair of streets and right-of-ways and streets.  Position performs unskilled and semi-skilled manual labor duties.  Drives truck on routes throughout the city.  Performs a variety of routine duties such as clearing right-of-ways and ditches, patching streets, cleaning storm drains, and snow removal.  Performs construction and maintenance in all types of weather.  Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. routinely and safely.  CDL license preferred or must be able to obtain CDL’s within first nine months. Starting salary is: $ 28,942. Open until filled.
