Creativity Encourage! Doll you "best friend" up in fun Independence Day inspired costume and if you are feeling inspired, throw on some red, white and blue yourself to strut your ruff... oh, we mean stuff on the red carpet catwalk, Saturday, July 1st at 10:30am! 

Downtown Morganton is going to the dogs! Join us for a fashion show and a pup parade around downtown Morganton. Three winners will be awarded: Best in Show, Best Dressed and Best Duo!
