Structure Fire Causes Damage to Building on Carbon City Road

On January 25, 2024 at approximately 11:45pm, Members of the Morganton Department of Public Safety responded to 410 Carbon City Road for a structure fire. Upon arrival, units located the source of the fire in a rear room of the building. Units were on scene for approximately 90 minutes extinguishing the fire. There were no reported injuries as a result of the fire. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
