Three People Arrested After Breaking into Vacant Home

On May 9, 2023, Officers with the Morganton Department of Public Safety were dispatched to a residence off South College Street in reference to a breaking and entering in progress. Upon arrival, officers made contact with three individuals who had forced entry into the vacant residence. All three subjects were arrested without incident and transported to the Burke County Magistrates Office. The following subjects were charged:

 

Jeffery William Cropf, 33              

Court Date: 05/25/2023   -   $3,000 Secured Bond

  • Breaking and Entering (M)
  • Damage to Property
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • 2X (two) Order for Arrests

 

Kimberly Michelle Farinella, 32  

Court Date: 08/04/2023   -  $1,000 Secured Bond

  • Breaking and Entering (M)
  • Damage to Property

 

Jimmy Carl Wyatt, 61     

Court Date: 08/04/2023  -  $1,000 Secured Bond

  • Breaking and Entering (M)
  • Damage to Property
