Trespassing Call leads to Six Arrests

On March 20th , 2023 at 0427, Officers received a trespassing call at 101 Ridge St. Upon arrival, all the window to the residence had been broken along with a side door that had been torn down. Officers made entry into the side door that was torn down and made contact with three homeless subjects living inside the abandon residence. While officers were continuing their search for more homeless individuals, another homeless subject was found in a connecting room. Officers continued their search finding two more subjects in a back bedroom down the hall. In all 6 homeless subjects were found and arrested. The individuals arrested were:

Jerry Wayne Dellinger, 61

Clarence Thomas Waycaster, 46

Jason Antonio Lytle, 43

Richard Paul Miller, 40

Angela Anne Austin, 41

Alysia Jahnice Carpenter, 18

Austin was charged with Resisting a Public Officer, Possession of Meth, Drug Paraphernalia, Breaking and Entering, and 3 outstanding warrants. Her bond was set at $13,280.00. Carpenter was charged with Breaking and Entering and Possession of Meth. Her bond was set at $1,000.00. Dellinger was charged with Breaking and Entering and his bond was set at $1,000.00. Waycaster was charged with Breaking and Entering and his bond was set at $1,000.00. Lytle was charged with Breaking and Entering and his bond was set at $1,000.00 and Miller was charged with Breaking and Entering along with an outstanding warrant.
