Warrant Service leads to Drug Charges

On Wednesday May 19, 2021, Morganton of Department of Public Safety Officers and Investigators served a search warrant at 118 B Walker Street Morganton, NC after a lengthy drug investigation. After securing the residence Investigators located 90 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of pills, 4 firearms, and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Travis Montray Roseboro, 37 yo, of the residence was arrested on scene. Roseboro was transported to the Magistrates office and charged with N.C.G.S. 90-95(H)(3), Trafficking Cocaine.

Roseboro was placed in the Burke County Jail under a $40,000 secure bond and has an initial court appearance on May 20, 2021.

Morganton Department of Public Safety was assisted by the Burke County Sheriff’s Department and the Burke County EMS.
