City Tax Rate

The City tax rates are approved every year in the Budget Ordinance approved by City Council. To view the current budget and budget ordinance, visit the Current Budget and Fees page. Council created the Special Downtown Tax District in 1982. 

City Property Tax: $.50

Special Downtown Tax District: $.12
