Sr. IT Specialist - IRMS

We are looking for an IT professional with a strong blend of interpersonal and technical skills to support to software systems, users, and interfaces between software packages and data platforms.  Position monitors, troubleshoots, gathers and analyzes performance information for developing and modifying various networks and software configurations; researches and recommends software solutions and coordination of implementation; and supports end users on software and upgrades.  Primarily a Windows environment, with some Linux and Mac support – Experience with Window servers and HP switches preferred.

Successful candidate will be team-oriented while being able to work unsupervised and complete projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills required to effectively, tactfully, and politely communicate with vendors, other computer specialists, and a wide range of end–users to build, develop, and maintain effective working relationships. Position requires great organizational and planning skills, solid documentation habits, and strong attention to detail. Post-secondary education in computer science or related field, relate technical certifications, and / or considerable experience in personal computer and network applications and administration is desired. 

Salary range $ 48,322 - $ 72,483.
