Television Studio
The Television Studio is responsible for the City's video productions. The City's Studio Specialist broadcasts public meetings and records various City and community events for broadcast on CoMPAS Channel 2. The Studio Specialist the City's Public Information Officer also work together to produce Public Service Announcements and video projects used to promote the City services.

Studio Fees
DVD Copy of Programs
- Per DVD - $10.00
Studio Time
- First 1/2 Hour (1/2 hour minimum) - $50.00
- Additional 1/2 Hour (after first initial 1/2 hour) - $35.00
Editing Time
- Editing (per hour charge with a two-hour minimum charge) - $40.00
- Additional Editing - 1/2 hour after first 2 hours. - $20.00
Channel 2 Text Ads
- Text Ad - Airing for 1 to 7 days - $10.00
- Text Ad - per month - $35.00
- Personalized Artwork - one time set up fee - $25.00
Recording
- Live Sunday Church Service - Customer fee (per service) - $30.00
- Recorded Sunday Church Service - per service - $10.00
- On-Location Shooting - per hour for taping/editing - $50.00
- Government Functions - per hour taping charge - $50.00
- Government Functions - three-hour taping charge - $100.00
- Government Functions - for each additional hour - $50.00
