Parks and Recreation Master Plan 1997
The 2015 Comprehensive Recreation Master Plan was prepared in 1997. The plan assessed the current and future park recreation needs for the City during the next 18 years. The goal was to provide a long-range plan that addressed the needs of all citizens in the community.
