Couple Arrested for Felony Drug Charges after Trespassing Call

On March 21, 2024 at approximately 11:20pm, Officers with the Morganton Department of Public Safety responded to Morganton Heights Shopping Center for a trespassing call. While on scene, Officers located Terry Leon Holland, 36, of Morganton and Kellia Rebecca Jamison, 34, of Morganton. Both subjects were taken into custody at this time for trespassing. During a search of their persons, both subjects were found to be in possession of controlled substances. Holland and Jamison were transported to the Magistrates office where they received the following charges:

Terry Leon Holland - $5,250 Secured Bond – First Court Appearance 03/22/2024

• Possession of Methamphetamine (6.6 grams)
• Possession of Schedule IV CS
• Second Degree Trespassing

Kellia Rebecca Jamison - $5,000 Secured Bond – First Court Appearance 03/22/2024

• Possession of Methamphetamine (.6 grams)
• Second Degree Trespassing
