Vincent Ervin turned himself into MDPS on March 15, 2024 and has been served with his warrants. Ervin was placed in the Burke County Jail under no bond with a court appearance scheduled for March 18, 2024 in District Court. 

The Morganton Department of Public Safety is seeking help in locating Vincent Ervin. Ervin is wanted in connection with a burglary case that occurred in Morganton on March 12, 2024. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ervin are urged to contact Investigator Storie at 828-509-3651. If anyone locates Ervin do not attempt to approach him. Contact your local law enforcement agency regarding his location.
