Vehicle Collision with Rollover

Morganton Department of Public Safety was dispatched to a wreck on East Fleming Drive near Burke Drive on 03/07/2024 at 3:05 pm.  Communications advised responding units that the occupants of one vehicle might be entrapped.  Investigator Bess was the first officer to arrive and she advised that all occupants were out of their vehicles.  The investigation revealed that a Ram truck attempted to pull out of a private parking lot onto E Fleming Drive.  A mid size Cadillac SUV was traveling on East Fleming drive at the time.  The truck struck the SUV, causing the SUV to roll over onto the driver side of the vehicle before coming to a stop.  EMS responded to the scene, none of the parties involved were transported to the hospital.
