City Hall Closed for Christmas and New Year's Holiday, Garbage Collection Affected

Morganton City Hall and City facilities will be closed Friday, December 23, and Monday, December 26, in observance of the Christmas holiday. City Hall and City facilities will also be closed on Monday, January 2, in observance of the New Year holiday.  Garbage collection will be affected.

The week of December 19th - 23rd, garbage will be collected on a regular schedule.

The week of December 26th - 30th, garbage collection will be on a one day delay. 

The week of January 2nd - 6th, garbage collection will be on a one day delay.

During the weeks with a one day delay if your trash is normally picked up on Monday it will then be picked up on Tuesday, Tuesday picked up on Wednesday, Wednesday on Thursday, and Thursday on Friday.
