City Newsletter

Morganton Matters is a newsletter published every two months and mailed to all Morganton residents who receive a City utility bill. The city mails about 12,500 utility bills a month. The newsletter provides a great opportunity to communicate directly with residents and let our citizens know what's happening in their community. If you didn't receive the latest newsletter, you can download the latest edition below or pick up a copy at City Hall.
