During the past few years, the City of Morganton has invested about $20 million to upgrade and repair the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. On the first episode of Morganton Matters TV, Water Resources Director Brad Boris and Public Information Officer Joshua Harris talk about what happens at the plant, and why the City has made investments to make sure everyone can keep flushing their toilets.
