Planned Power Outage
City crews will be replacing a power pole tomorrow night, Thursday, July 14, 2022. Beginning at Midnight, crews will turn off power for customers on East Avenue from Lenoir Street to East Meeting Street and surrounding areas. The power outage will last 4 to 5 hours.
While crews work to replace the power pole, they will close the street at East Avenue and Lenoir Street. When work is completed, the street will be reopened.
